Recently, according to the "Beijing Enterprise Evaluation Association Innovation Award Management Measures", and in accordance with the evaluation system and relevant requirements of Beijing Science and Technology Innovation Award, after the evaluation by the expert group, "Sulfur Dioxide Recycling and Resourcefulness Technology for Industrial Flue Gas Recycling" independently researched and developed by MSTN technologies Co., Ltd was awarded with the 2022 Beijing Enterprise Evaluation Association Science and Technology Innovation Award - Excellence Award.

The "Science and Technology Innovation Award" was initiated and established by the Beijing Enterprise Evaluation Association in 2009 and approved by the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission. The purpose of the award is to promote scientific and technological progress, promote the economic construction and social development of the capital, vigorously promote the independent innovation of enterprises, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the majority of scientific and technological workers, share the experience of scientific and technological innovation, and display the achievements of science and technology.

The "Industrial Flue Gas Sulfur Dioxide Recovery and Resource Utilization Technology" independently developed by MSTN is applicable to high sulfur flue gas desulfurization treatment technology, which innovatively adopts organic absorber to capture SO2 and obtains high purity SO2 product gas, which can be further used for the production of sulfur or sulfuric acid and other high~value~added products, with certain advantages in both practicality and economic value. It has certain advantages in practicality and economic value. The technology has the following characteristics:

(1) High desulfurization efficiency, up to 99.9% or more;

(2) High purity of SO2 product gas after absorption and desorption (dry basis content up to 99%v)

(3) Absorbent absorption capacity, low liquid to gas ratio; strong stability, high temperature is not easy to decompose, reduce operating costs; corrosive properties Decomposition, strong stability, high temperature is not easy to reduce operational consumption; weak corrosivity, lower requirements for equipment materials, reduce construction investment;

(4) Supporting wastewater treatment system to ensure the integrity of the technology, no additional new pollutants. 

(5) The ammonia concentration alarm and desorption temperature monitoring system are installed to provide timely alarm and early warning to avoid the amine liquid from being entrained and decomposed by the flue gas, and minimize the loss and pollution;

(6) Low energy consumption, zero pollution, high security and intelligent management can be realized.

This time, "Industrial Flue Gas Sulfur Dioxide Recovery and Resource Utilization Technology" successfully won the Science and Technology Innovation Award - Award of Excellence, which is a recognition of Beijing Meston's technological strength and innovation achievements by the reviewing organizations and experts. In the future, MSTN will continue to increase the investment in scientific research and innovation and industrialization, increase the training of talents, improve brand awareness, enhance market competitiveness, create more social and economic benefits and environmental benefits, and work together with customers to contribute to China's environmental protection cause.
